Nine times out of ten, a broken chat is a permission setting or a shaky connection, and both are quick to sort. Start here. If nothing works, write to support.

No picture or no sound from my side

Check that you allowed access when the browser asked. Tapped "Block" by accident? The padlock or settings icon beside the web address lets you flip camera and mic back to Allow.
Quit any other app holding on to the camera, like a work call left open.
On iPhone, use Safari or check Settings > Safari > Camera and Microphone.
After changing a permission, refresh the tab.

The other person cannot hear me, or hears an echo

Check which mic your browser or computer is set to use.
Use headphones. Echo is almost always your speaker feeding back into your mic.
Move away from fans, TVs and open windows.

Video freezes or the call drops

Get nearer the router, or hop onto a better network.
Close other tabs and apps that use a lot of data.
If video keeps struggling, try voice or text mode instead.

Waiting a while for a match

Busy hours fill up fast, quieter hours take longer. Try again in a moment, or switch mode, since text, voice and video each have their own queue.

Free matches, Reward Center and coins

Whatever free matches are waiting for you show up in the Reward Center above the match button. Coins that did not arrive after a purchase, or a charge you do not recognise, should be sent to support with the time and amount.
